Expanding your business horizon network.
Monday, March 23rd, 2009I was a panelist recently at the Multicultural Bridge Building Conference in Atlanta and enjoyed it thoroughly. Its not everyday as a Caucasian male can speak up in a diverse room without being the token enemy. This was a great conference and I have great hopes for connecting further with other people groups here in Atlanta and abroad. And since I’m all about expanding horizons, as well as the Latino population is the fastest growing in the U.S. (hint, business opportunity) here is a list provide by the El Club de Comerciantes:

New Element Discovered…
Friday, March 20th, 2009A New Element discovered!
Lawrence Livermore Laboratories has discovered the heaviest element yet known to science. The new element, Governmentium (Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held together by forces called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons.
Since Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert; however, it can be detected, because it impedes every reaction with which it comes into contact. A tiny amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction that would normally take less than a second, to take from four days to four years to complete. Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2- 6 years; it does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places. In fact, Governmentium’s mass will actually increase over time, since each reorganization will cause more morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes. This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed whenever morons reach a critical concentration.
This hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical morass. When catalyzed with money, Governmentium becomes Administratium , an element that radiates just as much energy as Governmentium since it has half as many peons but twice as many morons. This growing mass is projected to become a black hole that will suck us all in.

Speaking at the Canadian Marketing Association Conference
Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009I’m scheduled to speak again!
Hey fans, Canadian fans to be more specific. Here’s a great opportunity to mix an mingle with your fellow marketers from throughout Canada and North America. The CMA has invited me to come speak about how I use Social Networks like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and many others to sell my books. As you all know the book sold out at Amazon, Borders and Barnes & Noble from just using LinkedIn alone after the launch of the book. If you’ve never listened to the interview with me after the launch you can listen here.
Even if you don’t care to hear me again, you should still attend. This will be a great event and heavily attended by decision makers and innovators across the spectrum. Click the banner to go straight to the sight and see all the great speakers and topics.
